WHAT MATERIALS ARE YOUR CLOTHES MADE OF?
We make sure that we only use high-quality raw materials when making our clothes. Most of our items are 100% cotton and some are made from different materials to allow for more flexibility and comfort when you most need it. WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE T-SHIRTS?
Our Performance T-shirts are especially designed for those who enjoy a more active lifestyle. They are made from lightweight material for improved movement and have quick drying qualities to tackle perspiration. They also have inbuilt UV protection - great for those who like exercising outdoors!
WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT THE ORGANIC LINE?
The items in our Organic Line are made from 100% organic cotton, perfect for all nature lovers. Because the raw material we use is completely natural, the clothes are lighter, softer and extra comfortable.
WHAT SIZES DO YOU CARRY?
We are devoted to making luxury basics in bigger sizes and carry all of our items in sizes XL-5XL for men and XL-3XL for women.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?
Sizes vary from shop to shop and it can be difficult to know which size to choose. We carry all of our items in sizes XL-5XL for men and XL-3XL for women and to help you know exactly which one you are, we have created a size chart that can be found on each product page. If you’re still in doubt, why not get in touch by emailing support[at]xl.promodoro.com and we will try and help you find your perfect fit.
DO YOU HAVE CLOTHES FOR TALL PEOPLE TOO?
Many of our items will fit people choose to wear bigger sizer because of their height, wider frame or stronger build. Look out for advice such as “long sleeves” and “longer fit” in the Features tab in the individual product descriptions.
WHAT SIZES ARE THE MODELS?
Our models are all wear XL sizes so that we can authentically show what our clothes look like on real people. Check the “Size & fit” tab for more details about the height and size of our models.

HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT/PROMO CODE?

At the moment we delivery to everywhere in the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands. Subscribe to our newsletter (at the bottom of the page) to be the first to know when we launch in other locations and feel free to get in touch by emailing support[at]xl.promodoro.com to let us know where you would like to see XL.Promodoro delivering to in the future.
HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?
Your order should be with you in 3-5 working days. Please note that despatch to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands might add a few days to our delivery time.
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET
If your order hasn’t arrived yet it is probably on its way and will be with you very soon. You can track your order using the tracking code you received in your despatch confirmation email to see exactly where it is. If you are still unsure you can contact us by emailing support[at]xl.promodoro.com and we will chase it up for you.
I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM
If you have received a faulty item please let us know by emailing support[at]xl.promodoro.com exactly what is wrong with your product and we will get to the bottom of it. If your item is faulty, you will have the option of replacing or returning your item.
I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER
Sorry that your order wasn’t right. If you let us know by emailing support[at]xl.promodoro.com what is wrong with your order (and include your order reference number from your confirmation email!) we will get to the bottom if it as soon as we can.
AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER
We are sorry that an item is missing from your order. Please let us know which item is missing from your order by contacting us with your reference number from you confirmation email and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING TO YOU?
If you wish to return an item please email support[at]xl.promodoro.com stating your order number and and which item(s) you wish to return. Please let us know (at your option) if there is any particular reason why you are returning the goods as we are always keen to hear customer feedback.
We will send you a returns label to print off for dispatching your return to our warehouse. Please ensure you return the goods inside the original packaging with the returns label at any available DPD shop. You can find the closest drop off point using DPD’s Shop Finder. We will issue a refund within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED ITEMS?
If we haven’t emailed you confirming that we have received your returns and your refund has been issued, then we are likely still processing your request. If you have any further queries please contact us with your order reference number and we will get back you as soon as possible.
